1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Jet2Clearance ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") to customers ("you", "your", or "the Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Jet2Clearance offers the following services:
Pressure Wash Cleaning
Waste Clear Outs
Any additional services as specified by mutual agreement
3. Payment Terms
Payment Upon Completion: All payments for services rendered must be made upon completion of the work.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 48 hours of job completion will incur a £50 late fee.
Method of Payment: Payments can be made cash, bank transfer or card payment.
Invoice: An invoice will be provided upon completion of the job, detailing the services rendered and the total amount due.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Jet2Clearance: In the unlikely event that Jet2Clearance needs to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.
5. Liability and Insurance
Damage to Property: Jet2Clearance will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to your property while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects to your property.
Insurance: Jet2Clearance is fully insured for the services provided. If any unforeseen damage occurs during the course of work, we will ensure it is dealt with promptly and fairly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Access to Property: You are responsible for providing us with clear access to the work area. If access is blocked or restricted, additional charges may apply.
Waste Disposal: Where applicable, you will be required to ensure that waste disposal requirements are clearly communicated to us before the service begins. Any disposal fees will be passed on as agreed.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Jet2Clearance values your privacy. Any personal data provided by you during the course of our services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Disputes
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert jurisdiction].
9. Amendments
